Use two small vicegrips. Place one on the nosepiece and the other on the body of the handpiece. Turn the vicegrips in opposite directions and it will come apart easily. Soak everything in WD40 overnight and blow dry with compressed air. Lubricate lightly with sperm oil and all will be fine.
