i am getting ultrasonic treatment done 4-5 times a week for 15-20 min. i am doing hot water therapy at home 2 times a day and having medicines given by doctor. i have tied a hinged knee cap.
i have also purchased a full length, hinged knee brace with flexibility to set angle for mobilisation. this is heavy and a little difficult to use. i have hardly used it so far.

please suggest , what should be tied on the knee? when/whether ice or heat should be applied?

any treatment / precautions, i should try to help it heal faster and not regain swelling / pain.
