How is a free-wheel lubricated in a 4x4 Nissan frontier?

I am having a "click click noise" on the front wheels on a 4x4 frontier. I lifted the car and spinned the wheels and the click started, so I suppose it needs lubrication (grease). anybody has had this problem before? How do you lubricate a free-wheel device.

I guess it would depend on the model year of the Frontier. It may have a sealed hub and bearing assembly in which case you can only replace and is not serviceable. The you may want to remove the wheel and spin the rotor to see if there is anything touching the rotor.
