I am looking for information about the Somali Ajuran people of Northeastern Kenya such as any specific aid organizations working with them. Their current medical/dental needs, veterinary needs. Whether they have a written language or not.

How can you say you've never heard of the Somali clan named the Ajuran. Just google the word "Ajuran" and you'll see many websites about them. They are a Somali clan, semi-nomadic, living in the Horn of Africa --- specifically southern Ethiopa, northeastern Kenya, and southern Somalia.
